MovaiQ Pro Subscription Terms

MovaiQ Pro unlocks adaptive coaching, live audio guidance, race pacing and smart routes. Here is exactly how the subscription works.

1. Plans and pricing

Monthly: €5.99 / month, renewing monthly until cancelled.
Annual: €59.90 / year, renewing annually until cancelled.
Free trial: 7 days free, once per Apple account where Apple offers it.

Prices and currencies may vary by country or App Store region. The price shown by Apple before purchase is the price that applies to your transaction.

2. Auto-renewal

MovaiQ Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple. The 7-day free trial converts into the paid plan you selected unless cancelled before that date.

3. Payment and management

Payment is charged to your Apple account, and the subscription is managed entirely through the App Store. You can view, change or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings at any time.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not normally remove access you have already paid for — Pro features usually remain available until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund requests and billing disputes for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable policies. MovaiQ does not process payments and cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

6. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall MovaiQ or use a new device with the same Apple account, you can restore an active subscription in the app where the restore option is available.

7. Changes to Pro

Pro features may evolve as the application develops. Any change will be made in line with Apple's rules and mandatory consumer law, and will never remove rights you are legally entitled to.
