MovaiQ Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the MovaiQ iOS application and this website.
1. About MovaiQ
MovaiQ is a running and fitness application. The service is currently provided by Daniel Königsmann, an individual developer, who can be reached at daniel.konigsmann@outlook.com.
2. Eligibility and use
You agree to use MovaiQ lawfully and in accordance with these terms and the App Store terms that apply to your download.
Your licence to use the iOS application is subject to Apple's applicable App Store licence terms (Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement), unless a separate valid agreement applies instead.
3. Fitness and coaching disclaimer
MovaiQ provides running, fitness and training guidance. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, monitoring or treatment.
Training recommendations, heart-rate information and other fitness information shown in the app are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You are responsible for exercising in a way that suits your own health and circumstances, and for consulting a healthcare professional when appropriate.
4. Running and route safety
GPS positioning, generated routes and spoken navigation can be inaccurate or incomplete. MovaiQ does not promise that any route is safe, permitted or suitable for you.
- Observe traffic rules and local regulations at all times.
- Stay aware of your surroundings while running.
- Choose routes that are safe and permitted for you.
- Do not follow audio or navigation guidance when conditions make it unsafe to do so.
5. Availability
Some features depend on things outside MovaiQ's control, including an internet connection, GPS reception, Apple Health / HealthKit permissions, compatible wearable devices and third-party services. Features may be temporarily unavailable, and permissions you decline may limit what the app can do.
6. Intellectual property
The MovaiQ name, logo, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer the application except where mandatory law allows it.
7. Subscriptions
MovaiQ Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. See the Subscription Terms for details.
8. Privacy
How MovaiQ handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as the application develops; the date at the top of this page will change accordingly, and continued use after an update means the updated terms apply. Access may be limited or ended if the application is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or other users.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, or the rights and remedies provided by Apple's App Store terms.
